1. Using TravelPages

You may use the website and any pre-release TravelPages app made available to you only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the information you add, the people you invite, and the sharing choices you make.

2. Accounts and access

If TravelPages provides you with an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access another person's account or data without authorization.

3. Trips, sharing, and user content

You retain responsibility for content you add to TravelPages, such as trip details, photos, journals, notes, and other material. You grant TravelPages the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, synchronize, and share that content as needed to provide the features you choose. When you share a trip or other information, people with access may be able to view, copy, or act on what you share.

4. Travel information can change

Flights, gates, schedules, reservations, maps, routes, weather, locations, and other travel information can change quickly or be incorrect. TravelPages may help organize or surface information from third parties, but you remain responsible for verifying critical travel details with the relevant airline, hotel, transportation provider, venue, government authority, or other authoritative source.

5. Location and safety

Location sharing and navigation-related features are convenience tools. Use them with appropriate judgment. Do not rely on TravelPages as an emergency, safety, rescue, or life-critical service.

6. Third-party services

TravelPages may connect to or rely on third-party services such as maps, authentication providers, travel-data providers, cloud infrastructure, or external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and TravelPages is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

7. Pre-release software

Beta or pre-release versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, changing data structures, service interruptions, or functionality that is later modified or removed. Back up any information you cannot afford to lose and report problems through TravelPages Support.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse TravelPages, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, harass other users, use the service to violate another person's privacy, or use TravelPages for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual property

The TravelPages name, branding, website design, software, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of TravelPages intellectual property to you.

10. Account suspension or termination

TravelPages may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, the service, or legal compliance. Users may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

11. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, pre-release TravelPages services are provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every travel situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TravelPages is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on changing third-party travel information, service interruptions, lost travel arrangements, or third-party services. Final commercial terms may include additional limitations and consumer-law provisions after professional legal review.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
